How Long We Keep Your Information
If your enquiry doesn’t lead to a job, we’ll keep your details for a reasonable period in case you get back in touch, and then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep records relating to the work carried out and any invoices for as long as we’re required to for accounting and tax purposes (currently at least six years), after which they are securely deleted.

We may share limited information with trusted subcontractors, our insurers, or professional advisors where it’s genuinely necessary to carry out a job, arrange cover, or meet a legal obligation — and only ever to the extent needed.
